This policy covers the website getcotalis.com and the exchanges that follow from it: the early-access form, emails sent to contact@getcotalis.com and meeting bookings. Cotalis is aimed at professionals; the website is not intended for people under 18.

Early-access form: full name, organisation, country, profile, work email, WhatsApp number (optional), chosen plan, tool used today, other services you are interested in, intended use (optional), subscription commitment box, consent and its date, page language and campaign parameters (UTM) present in the address.

Emails and meetings: the content of your messages and the information you provide when booking a meeting.

We never ask for bank details, identity documents or sensitive data.

Your IP address is processed by our host, Cloudflare, to deliver pages and protect the website. The form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical browser signals when you submit it.

Your country of connection is derived from your IP address solely to show prices in your currency. It is neither stored nor shared with third parties.

When you arrive at the main address getcotalis.com, your country and browser language are used solely to send you to the French or English version of the site; they are not stored.

The logs of our submission function contain only a technical status and a timestamp, never the content of the form fields.

No analytics tool is active at this time. If we enable one, it will be a cookie-free tool that collects no personal data, and this page will be updated.

Measuring interest in the service before launch, confirming receipt of your request by email, contacting you about early access and letting you know when it opens: based on your consent, given through the form checkbox (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.

Replying to your messages and preparing a meeting you requested: based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Protecting the website against abuse, spam and attacks: based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Your data is never sold, rented or used for marketing on behalf of third parties. No automated decision with legal effects is made about you.

Your data is accessible only to the Cotalis team in charge of early access.

It is processed on our behalf by contracted technical providers: Supabase (database and submission function, hosted in the European Union, in Ireland); Cloudflare (website hosting, Turnstile protection and receipt of emails sent to contact@getcotalis.com); Resend (sending, from the European Union, the confirmation email addressed to you and the internal notification that passes your request on to the Cotalis team).

If you book a meeting, the booking is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy; we receive the information you enter there.

GRACE BUSINESS LLC and some of our providers are based in the United States. Where data is transferred to or accessed from outside the European Union, these transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, for certified providers, by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Early-access requests: deleted 12 months after the end of the demand test if they do not lead to a subscription, or sooner if you withdraw your consent. If you become a customer, they are kept for the duration of the business relationship and then for as long as legally required.

Emails and meetings: kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange.

Technical logs: kept for a short period set by our providers, for security purposes.

The website is served over HTTPS only. Requests are stored in a database area dedicated to Cotalis, unreachable from the browser and from the database’s public interface, with strict access control. Access keys never appear in the website code. Only authorised team members can view requests.

The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical data strictly necessary for bot protection, which does not require your consent.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise them, write to contact@getcotalis.com stating your request. We reply within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity.

You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country: for example the CNIL in France, ARTCI in Côte d’Ivoire or the Commission de protection des données personnelles (CDP) in Senegal.

This policy may change, in particular when the service opens. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. In the event of a significant change, people registered for early access will be notified by email.
